By accepting membership in the Mohave Prospectors Association (MPA), you agree herein that prospecting can be dangerous with natural and artificial hazards. In the use of any/all MPA or member/guest equipment, or claims including all club activities, all members and guests agree to relieve the MPA, it's officers, members and guests from any/all liability incurred on any/all MPA activities, claims or property.
Members/guests are responsible for liability incurred by themselves and guests while on any/all MPA activities, claims or property. Entering any property or using any MPA member or guest equipment is at your own risk.
